I have mentioned today’s featured Mom several times on the Facebook page, but I thought that she was a FABULOUS candidate to have a full post outlining her services. I have been to Disney World 5 times in my life, but have never stayed on property or done any of the fancy dining options. So,when other friends talk about all of this, I get a little overwhelmed. I was thrilled to find out that there are moms out there who do this for a living and it adds ZERO cost to your trip! In fact, she will make sure that you have the best rate right up until departure! But, I will let Rochelle tell you all about it! Be sure to read all the way to the end for a little surprise! So, without further ado, allow me to introduce you to Rochelle Heap:
Hi To All of the Northshore Mama FANS:
My name is Rochelle Heap and I am a Disney Destination Specialist. I have to admit; I am a little crazy for all things Disney and I love WALT DISNEY WORLD! Thankfully, my husband and 3 children support and encourage this! My love for Disney World began with my very first trip as a little girl. At the age of 5, I was hooked and it quickly became one of my favorite vacation destinations. While in college, I decided to take advantage of a wonderful opportunity to participate in the WDW College Program. During my time as a Cast Member and through my many Disney vacations, I have gained a great deal of knowledge of everything Disney has to offer.
In addition to a degree in Marketing, I have a Mousters Degree from the Disney Institute. I am also a Graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge. As a Disney Destination Specialist, I am certified in planning vacations to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, aboard the Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney and to the new Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii.
I can help you with all of your planning from the initial resort booking and tickets, itinerary planning, making your advanced dining reservations, booking special events, recreation, spa treatments, cruise shore excursions and more. Even if you have an existing reservation, I can compare new promotions to your original purchase price to ensure that you are getting the best possible rate. Best of all, my services are completely FREE! Allowing me to book your Disney vacation makes the planning easy and hassle free!
I would love to share my knowledge with you and help you plan a very MAGICAL Disney Vacation! Please contact me for a no obligation quote or for more information on any Disney Destination. I work from my home so you can call or email at any time! Have a magical day!
Thank you,
Rochelle Heap

I just took my daughters for the 1st time and they loved it! I loved seeing everything through their eyes and they loved the characters the most!
My favorite thing about Disneyworld is that my parents, my family and my sister’s family are able to make wonderful memories together. Memories that we all will be able to remember for a lifetime. My second favorite thing is, I love that the minute I arrive I am swept up into a “magical” world where nothing else matters. I return to being a child and have no worries about my job, house, responsibilities except to have fun.
My favorite thing about Disney is the princesses!
I love the fact that Disney is so accommodating for families that have children with special needs.
My favorite part of Disney World is watching Rins face and reaction to the rides and characters! I also love riding all the rides
I could go on & on about my love for WDW, but the one thing that chokes me up every single time is the Wishes fireworks at Magic Kingdom. Adore it.
My favorite part of Disney are the quiet moments of downtime. Having a cold drink and lite ing to the steamboat whistle in Frontierland, or watching the kids goof off waiting for a fireworks show.
I love everything about the Magic Kingdom. I was a CP too, and I have a “ducktorate”. Which unfortunately now reveals my age! ;) There was nothing like being a castmember and getting to make so much magic for so many people. Even now when I tell kids I used to work there they think I am a rock star.
WOW! Where do I even begin to tell you all that I enjoy at Disney? Well, I have to say that seeing the castle when you walk though the gates is pretty spectacular! Especially when you get to see it with your kids on their first trip. The last time I was at Disney was 2008. We took our 2 oldest kids ( I was expecting our 3rd) and when they saw the castle, I’ll admit, I cried. That was absolutely, hands down, the most magical moment I’ve ever had at Disney. Of course I love seeing the characters, all of them, doesn’t matter which ones. And I love the rides and shows. My favorite ride is Splash Mountain and My favorite show is Beauty and The Beast, Live On Stage, although, Lion King is a close second. We are saving to take another trip in 2014 (waiting for the little one to get a little older and taller so that she can enjoy all of the rides with us.) So far, I have $2558 saved for the trip and that $25 gift card will sure come in handy, so I hope I win!
Love the teacup ride and of course, hanging out with Mickey and Minnie!
We LOVE all things PRINCESS!!!!
My favorite thing about Disney world is that I have never been and I get to take my three daughters to enjoy the first time with me next year!! :) it will be an experience we will never forget!
I loved meeting the characters. My daughter Robyn loved Cinderella. She made her feel so special!
It’s been a few years since bringing the kids to Disney. They have been more times than I can count since we have family that lives near by. My husband and I were talking about going back as a couple to experience Disney through “no kids” eyes; kind of like a second honeymoon. Thanks Northshore Mama for sharing. :)
One of my favorite things about Disney is no matter where you are, the cast members are ALWAYS very nice & sincere.
My favorite thing is the magic, it can make anyone feel like a kid again and excite you like one as well!
My favorite thing about Disney is the magic it brings. I love seeing my kids’ excitement.
My fav thing about our Disney Trip was taking my 2 kids and my husband, all of whom have never been, and watching their excitment. My fav thing was the awesome night light parades:)
My favorite thing about Disney is simply the magic of it all… the look on my daughter’s face when she saw Cinderella’s castle is a sweet memory I will cherish forever!
Dinner at the Victoria & Albert. It was an anniversary meal that we’ll always remember.
My favorite part of going to Disney is the very first day after you have gone through all of the chaos of travel and unpacking, getting to the park, getting your bags checked, then you walk through the train station onto Main St. It is always such a feeling of awe. You just have to stand there and take it all in for a few seconds and say,”YES!”
Wow! That was a lot if typos! Lol! Can I try again?
The little things that happen at Disney that are absolutely magical, the smile in my daughters eyes when she laid her eyes on the for the first time. The warm fuzzy feelings I get when I walk down Main St that makes me feel close to my dad ,may he rest in peace. WDW was his favorite place to go! I could go on and on…1 favorite thing is to hard to list!
Seeing the magic in my boys faces during a Disney vacation is one of my favorite things
My favorite thing about Disney is that it makes you feel like a kid again no matter what your age.
There is so much to love but with 3 boys we love Star Wars.
My favorite thing about going to WDW “now” is being able to act like a kid with my own kids. I’ve gone several times as a child and adult – but nothing is like going with your own kids and experiencing the wonder and “magic” through their eyes. Last trip – Pirates League makeovers was awesome. They were so excited! And I held back tears the whole time. :)
My favorite thing at WDW is Soarin…it’s a wonderful experience for the whole family!
Rockin roller coaster is one of my favorites!
My favorite thing about Disney World is Animal Kingdom!
My favorite thing about Disney is experiencing everything through my children’s eyes! Can’t wait until I can surprise them with their second trip in September.
Oh and my favorite character is Eeyore but my son would LOVE the Star Wars exhibit they have during the summer!
I LOVE Space Mountain!
My favorite character is Jack Skellington. And of course Mickey.
also.. my favorite thing about Disney the Only time I ever got to go and I was GROWN was being at Epcot and feeling like you were in all these other countries!
My favorite thing about Disney is Cinderella. I was lucky enough to meet her and hope my daughters will too.
My favorite thing at Disney is the Hoop de doo review!
My favorite thing about Disney World is Cinderella’s Castle and the Magic Kingdom!
