Hi! Took your class at Courtney’s house just last Thursday. I went on my first couponing adventure today at Walgreens…may not be the best, but I was pretty proud of myself! Here is a pic of my stash…I paid $14.11 for what would have cost $27.16, which is a savings of 52% (I think…if I figured that out properly!!!)
I did 2 transactions. My 1st transaction I bought the cereal 4/$10 (earning $5 register rewards), the markers on sale for $2 (earning $2 register rewards), and the mouthwash on sale for $3.99 (earning $1 register rewards). I had a $2 coupon for the mouthwash and 2 $1.00 coupons for the cereal. My total was $12.99
My 2nd transaction, I bought the coffeemate (on sale 2/$2), jet dry (wasn’t on sale, but I needed it!), 3 musketeers, and the pasta. I had coupons for the jet dry and 3 musketeers which were about to expire, and used my register rewards from the previous transaction. My total was $1.12.
