Details on Membership:
-Costco Membership Activation Cards are redeemable at a Costco warehouse for Membership as a Gold Star or Business Member or to use by a current Gold Star or Business Member to upgrade to an Executive Membership. Costco Wholesale Membership Activation Cards are not redeemable for renewal of an existing Costco Membership.
-Membership Activation Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash or Merchandise nor is it a debit or credit card. Membership Activation Cards must be redeemed at a Costco warehouse Membership desk in the United States or Puerto Rico; they are not redeemable at costco.com.
-Membership Activation Cards will not be replaced if lost, misplaced, destroyed or stolen. Membership Activation Cards do not expire and there are no dormancy fees. Membership Activation Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Membership Activation Cards, or Costco Cash Cards.
*The Membership Activation Card and the Enrollment Incentive shall be returned directly to the Costco Fulfillment House (121 Fulfillment, attn: Costco Returns, 20195 S Diamond Lk Rd #700, Rogers, MN 55374). They cannot be returned to a Costco warehouse location. Costco shall confirm that the Membership Activation Card has not been utilized and that the Enrollment Incentive has been returned. Upon such confirmation, Costco shall notify zulily and zulily shall issue a refund to the Customer.
-By purchasing a Membership Activation Card, you are deemed to have received notice of and to have agreed to accept the terms and conditions of use. Costco reserves the right to change or amend these terms in whole or in part at any time.
-Membership Activation Cards are redeemable only for a Costco Membership or Membership upgrade at a Costco Warehouse Membership desk. If Costco believes a Membership Activation Card has been obtained by fraud or theft, Costco reserves the right to not honor the Membership Activation Card.
-These terms and conditions will govern the use of the Membership Activation Card by the purchaser/recipient and all subsequent known or unknown recipients or holders of the Membership Activation Card.
